We graced the streets of New Hartford today installing blow-in insulation throughout this home. This customer qualified for the #nyserda Empower Program and thus received these home improvements completely free of charge!! We also will be returning to do some spray foam in the basement area. 

The process involves removal of their vinyl siding, drilling holes in their old/underlying clapboard siding before dense-packing the walls with blown cellulose insulation. We then plug the holes with wooden plugs, re-seal the weather wrap and then re-install the vinyl siding back to original condition.
