Scraping creates a smooth, even surface that is essential for drywall, sheathing, or other finishes to be installed properly and lay flat. Without it, you’d end up with wavy walls or ceilings.
• A Professional, Clean Finish: It’s all about attention to detail. Removing the “overspray” or excess material results in a cleaner install and contributes to a more professional final result.
