Matlow Residence - Fayetteville, NY
Project included spray foam of roofline slopes behind knee-walls throughout the home and pneumatically blown Cellulose in two attic areas of the home. The Matlow's battle ice problems year after year and the improvements were needed to prevent future ice damage and to lower their heating costs. As a bonus, the Matlow's will enjoy a more comfortable 2nd floor. The spray foam was applied to an R-21 behind the knee-walls and coated with a thermal barrier paint to meet the residential building code.

A job was recently completed at "Townsend Tower" in Syracuse (NY)
All walls were sprayed with 3.5" of Closed Cell Foam. The insulation work at the 21-story building was completed by Upstate Spray Foam Insulation, LLC.
